IE Edge: hard refresh while viewing source?

Self-tutoring about browsers: the tutor comments about hard refresh with IE Edge.

In my experience with IE Edge, hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) doesn’t show changes to source when the View Source window (right click → View Source) is already open. However, backing out from View Source, then Ctrl+F5, then right click → View Source, changes will show up.
