For grade 10 and 11 math students, degree mode is probably needed. You know if you’re in degree mode by a capital D at the top of the display, just right of centre.<\/p>\n

For a calculus student, rad mode is more likely needed. If you’re in rad mode, you’ll see a capital R at the top of the display, just right of centre.<\/p>\n

To change between degrees, rads, and grads, here’s how:<\/p>\n

  1. \nPress the MODE key three times. You’ll see ANGLE? with a choice between Deg, Rad, and Gra.<\/li>\n
  2. \nArrow to the mode you want, then press =.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
