How do I decide whether to blend two coffees?<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say I have two coffees, A and B, both of which I really like. I won&#8217;t blend them: in my experience, they might flatten each other out, so the blend will be less appealing than either A or B.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say I have two coffees, one medium and one dark. If the dark one is <em>very<\/em> dark, I will likely blend it with the medium. Medium coffee typically has a punch which can liven up a dark one.<\/p>\n<p>I will buy medium coffee that I won&#8217;t drink just by itself, but to blend with dark.
