The tutor mentions using &#8220;it&#8221; as a subject.<\/h2>\n<p>\n<u>Scenario 1<\/u><br\/><br\/>\nSpeaker A: What&#8217;s the weather?<br\/>\nSpeaker B: It&#8217;s raining.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<u>Scenario 2<\/u><br\/><br\/>\nSpeaker A: How can you tell someone is lying?<br\/>\nSpeaker B: It&#8217;s easy to tell.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn Scenario 1 above, &#8220;It&#8221; may refer to the weather itself: The weather is raining.
