Some of those weeks I live in a hotel room with a microwave and mini-fridge, but no stovetop. What do I eat?<\/p>\n<p>\nDip and bread has become a meal two to four nights of such a week. The dips I get are typically hummus and tzatziki, or sometimes spinach dip. When I&#8217;m thin I buy French bread; other times I buy a loaf of whole wheat.<\/p>\n<p>Even with my appetite &#8212; in such context I usually haven&#8217;t had lunch &#8212; I can&#8217;t polish off the whole loaf of bread or the dips.
