\nTechnically, if a car performs well, we say it “runs well.” However, having looked over many car ads in my life, I can’t recall seeing “runs well” – but rather, seeing “runs good” often.<\/p>\n

I confess, sometime in my early 30s, I started saying “runs good” instead of “runs well” because it’s what people expected. My wife even made fun of me about it.<\/p>\n

I heard a professor on YouTube say “runs good” the other day. I guess he concluded what I did.<\/p>\n
