A few days back, Jen from New Zealand contacted me, indicating I might be interested in the article Spider Identification – Dangerous Spider vs Harmless Spider?<\/a><\/p>\n Since Jen’s email was so nice, I decided I’d take a look at the article, which I find to be great. It focuses on spiders in the US; millions of Americans would probably love to read it, since a person living in the country, or even the suburbs, likely encounters spiders.<\/p>\n I’m Canadian, of course, living on the West Coast, but I recognize some of the spiders in the article. It’s spider-friendly, pointing out the benefits of spiders, yet admitting that sometimes dangerous ones can be too close for comfort.<\/p>\n A couple of teasers from the article:<\/p>\n The article has some great pictures to help someone ID a dangerous kind of spider.
