Recently I read a recommendation to stop using the hr element. (Same source also discourages using the br tag, although Mozilla says it has its place: see my post here<\/a>.) I haven’t used hr in recent memory, but when I started experimenting with html around 20 years ago, I thought the hr tag was cool.<\/p>\n \nMozilla (see here<\/a>) affirms that the hr element still has its place, which is reassuring.
