Next, I add salt, pepper, and seasoning salt (liberally). Finally, I resume tossing them until all the fries are equally covered with oil and seasoning (more or less).<\/p>\n<p>\nI dump out the uncooked fries onto one or more oven trays, one layer per tray. Next, I bake them in the oven for 15 minutes, turn them, then put them in for another 15 minutes. After that, they&#8217;re done.<\/p>\n<p>Usually I need to put the trays on separate levels.
