(It had been roasting about an hour.) I couldn&#8217;t put it back in the oven for about 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\nI wondered how long to re-roast it for, but reasoned I had to cook it full-time again, as it had probably near-completely cooled during those 35 minutes. Therefore, I put it back in for the same duration as if it were raw.
