The other day, out of the blue, I saw a spot.<\/p>\n<p>\nExamining the spot, I found it to be engine oil. The only source I could imagine was that the oil filter had come loose. I reached in, took hold of the filter, and discovered it indeed was loose. I tightened it perhaps a third of a turn.<\/p>\n<p>\nI&#8217;ve never heard of an oil filter coming loose, so decided to look it up.
