However, I bought some sandals this summer, and have noticed that my knee has steadily improved while wearing them. Could it be, I wonder, the running shoes that have been the problem?<\/p>\n<p>\nI checked the make of the two pairs of runners I usually wear; it turns out they are the same brand. I&#8217;ve come to suspect that something about those runners has been hurting my knee.
