I take my coffee black, of course, so I have to wait for it to cool down. People who take milk or cream, for instance, may not need to wait, because of the cooling effect.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt occurred to me to wonder the percent of people who take their coffee black. Apparently, it&#8217;s perhaps only 18%.
