My wife likes freshly-harvested carrots, so I pulled a few from the ground and brought them in for her.<\/p>\n<p>\nWhat I hadn&#8217;t though of, but immediately faced me, was what to do with the beautiful carrot tops. I&#8217;ve never known anyone to eat them, yet, could one? It seemed a shame to throw them out, if they could be used.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt turns out that carrot tops are edible. Having verified the idea from a couple of sources, I tried one.
