Yet, from time to time, I&#8217;ve thought about it: would I ever get around to using the rest?<\/p>\n<p>\nTwo days ago my wife had brought home some drumsticks that needed to be cooked. I thought of the rub: was it still in the freezer? Could I find it again? Indeed: within a minute I had the baggie in my hand. I laid the drumsticks out on a roast pan, brushed them with olive oil, then spread the rest of the rub over them.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe rub was still alive, apparently: the drumsticks turned out great.
