Sometimes I&#8217;ve had lots of time to do exercise, while others I&#8217;ve had to fit it in. The question of how much is needed, per week, is recurring.<\/p>\n<p>\nThese days, to avoid gaining weight, as well as stay fit, it seems I need three 45 minute exercise sessions per week.
