\nBack in my post on December 4<\/a>, I mention writing Christmas cards. I wrote them, notwithstanding the postal strike. However, when they were ready to mail, the strike continued. The cards sat, ready, in a stack.<\/p>\n \nI guess the strike’s been over a couple of days. Today I went out, in the windy rain, to post them.<\/p>\n \nIt’s my impression those Christmas cards won’t reach their destinations by Christmas. However, as they say, it’s the thought that counts.
