Today I did, then wanted to check the Recycle Bin to make sure I&#8217;d deleted what I meant to.<\/p>\n<p>\nApparently, one can&#8217;t necessarily see the Recycle Bin on the Desktop; it&#8217;s an option. It seems one can go into Start > Settings > Personalization > Themes > Desktop icon settings to be able to make the Recycle Bin visible, if it&#8217;s not already. (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/find-the-recycle-bin-885cf298-0f98-a548-9427-a1248fce4315\">microsoft.com)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\nI minimized a bunch of windows so I was able to see the Desktop; indeed, the Recycle Bin showed up there. Even so, it seemed not to show up in the File Explorer listing for the Desktop folder.
