\nI’ve been hearing about big cat sightings in the UK for decades, it seems. While many might be skeptical, the sightings seem significant as a phenomenon. Moreover, it seems that in at least one case, a puma was captured.<\/p>\n
\nThen, back in 2023, DNA evidence is said to have been collected from a sheep carcass. The DNA was scant, and not enough to signal a species, just a genus – Panthera. Panthera includes lions, tigers, leopards, and jaguars.<\/p>\n
\nMy understanding is that big cats can be reclusive.<\/p>\n
