I stepped out to check the air and see what the storm did. Then, I encountered a hummingbird, flitting among the planted shrubs.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt seems said hummingbird most likely is an Anna&#8217;s Hummingbird; apparently they live here year-round. They eat nectar and insects. I did see a few insects flying around outside.<\/p>\n<p>To live here year-round seems pretty brave for a hummingbird, although I will admit that even in winter, one does see insects flying around on sunny days.
