\nAs I mention in a post a few days back<\/a>, I recently found a digital pressure gauge I lost so long ago, I’d forgotten about it. I replaced its long-dead cell, tested it, and realized it seemed to work.<\/p>\n \nTire pressure gauge accuracy has been a theme for me, as I mention in my post here<\/a>. I’ve got two other pressure gauges, both being the traditional mechanical kind where the scale pops out to show the pressure. One is from a long time ago; the other, purchased last summer. The newer one consistently reads five psi less than the older one. I haven’t known which one to trust.<\/p>\n \nYet, with the arrival of the digital one, I could perhaps clarify the situation. It turns out that the digital one agrees, almost exactly, with the newer one.
