English: vocab: froward

Tutoring English, new, simple words are always interesting. The tutor mentions froward.

froward:contrary: defiant

When I saw froward I thought it was a misprint. Yet, “forward” wouldn’t have made sense, so I looked it up. It’s a great word I’ve never seen before this week:)
