Self-tutoring about household chores: the tutor mentions oven cleaning.

I’ve cleaned the oven a few times now; here’s how I did it tonight:

This time, I didn’t remove the oven door (but I did remove the racks). I sprinkled baking soda over the floor of the oven, spritzed it with water, waited about 15 minutes, then attacked it with a pot scrubber. When I thought I’d loosened all that would come off, I used damp paper towel to clear the debris so I could see the progress.

After about four repeats it was clean.
