Trade: negotiations, but why?
Self-tutoring about international trade: the tutor mentions a point of view.
Trump, apparently, says he’s in no hurry to change the tariff situation. He seems to claim that the tariffs are enriching the United States.
One wonders, therefore, why someone would try to negotiate with the United States about tariffs – especially the EU, which, as I understand, seems a bigger market anyway.
