Web design: monochrome
Self-tutoring about web design: the tutor reflects about his fascination with monochromatic color schemes.
Monochromatic color schemes, which consist of a single colour of various shades, I find very interesting.
I think one appeal of a monochrome palette is its unity. The shades all seem to belong together, being so closely related.
The second appeal of monochrome presentation, I think, is its minimalism. A clever one seems to do so much from so little, it’s refreshing.
A monochromatic design in a color not recently featured can really pop.
