Health: why does cracking joints feel good?
Self-tutoring about joint health: the tutor checks about something.
I have a few joints that I crack often, and it always feels good to do so. Why can it be so relieving to crack a joint?
Apparently, it may simply be that, as the crack happens, the associated ligaments, tendons and muscles shift to a more relaxed position.
