Natural consequences mean ones that evolve from the situation, but not imposed by a person. Logical ones, on the other hand, are applied by an authority.
An example of a natural consequence is getting a cold because of not wearing a coat. On the other hand, being grounded because one was seen not wearing their coat on a cold day might be a logical consequence.
