Health: Coffee: does it help one age better?

Self-tutoring about health: the tutor mentions an article he noticed.

Apparently, moderate consumption of regular coffee (not decaf) from in one’s fifties can lead to aging with fewer problems than otherwise. Other caffeine-containing drinks didn’t seem to manifest this effect, just coffee. The subjects who achieved the benefit of healthy aging apparently drank one to three cups of coffee per day.

Well, one might have to reach down a bit to three cups, but the news seems promising for coffee drinkers:)
