Self-tutoring about biology: the tutor takes a first look at the idea of human growth hormone vs aging.

Some people theorize human growth hormone (HGH) has the potential to reduce the effect of aging. Apparently the body’s production of it slows around middle age.

Yet, for healthy adults, taking HGH beyond the body’s natural production isn’t thought beneficial, and has potential negative effects. The first one I noticed in the list is carpal tunnel syndrome.

I hope to follow up about HGH.
