Canadian geography: feral horses in Alberta
Self-tutoring about the idea of feral horses: the tutor mentions the Alberta ones.
The idea of horses living as wild animals is, to me, very appealing. I don’t imagine I’m alone. Horses as we know them don’t, to my knowledge, exist in nature; the idea that an animal can thrive there, that’s never lived there, is liberating.
I was interested to read that Alberta has a population of feral horses whose “minimum count” might be 1679.
Neat, eh? I’ll be following up:)
