Self-tutoring about true crime: the tutor looks into the actual percent of unsolved murders.
One hears often, nowadays, that with DNA and other technology, “getting away with murder” has become – or soon will become – virtually impossible. Moreover, one might get away with it initially, but be caught even decades later.
Perhaps surprisingly, in the US, the solve rate of murder declined from about 69% in 1999, to about 58% in 2019.
