English: homophones, homonyms: imminent vs immanent

Tutoring English, this will probably never come up, but it’s a great find.

Imminent: bound to happen. It’s imminent that she will notice the mustard stain on the wall.

Immanent: part of something, existing everywhere within it. In the context of stock investing, profit-seeking is immanent.
