Home maintenance: overhead door lubrication

Self-tutoring about the garage door: the tutor mentions a resource.

The overhead door started squeaking, so I decided to look on YouTube for some ideas about how to lubricate it. I came across this helpful resource on YouTube.

I ended up using silicone spray, which I happened to have on hand. I suspect lithium grease spray might be even better for this application, but I’ll keep my eye on the situation.
