Household chores: window cleaning w/ loose leaf paper?

Self-tutoring about cleaning: the tutor mentions a potential hack.

The following is by my understanding.

As I’ve mentioned in numerous posts, my wife and I are in a decluttering phase. One thing we have a lot of is used loose leaf. One might wonder about a potential use for it.

Newspaper, it seems, is a known material for cleaning windows. What about loose leaf? AI seems to suggest it will work.

The two reasons, BTW, that newspaper seems to be so good for cleaning windows are that it’s lint-free and that it absorbs the water.
