The tutor shares another tricky field identification.

Weatherwise, it’s summer here. Plants are springing up everywhere. The plants growing outside of human influence particularly interest me.

A plant I’ve noticed on the edge of a field is, I’ve concluded, hedge mustard. It’s erect, with a strong stem that branches near the top. Leaves growing up along the stem – instead of out from it – make it appear woven. The flowers are small and yellow, with 4 petals; they are terminal.
