Lifestyle: Shaw remote replacement

Lifestyle, for me, means constant self-tutoring. The tutor mentions a good experience with Shaw Cable.

My family loves TV. Eventually, after so much use, the Shaw remote wore out. Some buttons, in the end, were very difficult to activate. Watching my wife struggle the other night, I decided to act.

I always try Shaw Chat first – it’s, in my experience, very quick and convenient. I waited only sixteen seconds to reach an operator. Geoffrey confirmed that I could just bring the worn-out remote to the Shaw store and they would replace it over the counter. The new one even includes batteries:)

Kim, at the counter, handed me the new remote and asked if I needed help with anything else. I said I was thinking about changing some packages to lower my bill but would happily do so online, at home.

“Let’s take a look,” she began. She immediately found some ways to save me money on the next bill and gave me other savings options to bring home for family approval.

Ten minutes after leaving my home, I was back with the new remote, anticipating a lower cable bill next month. Thanks, Shaw:)
