Lifestyle: West coast life: when it snows

Self-tutoring about life on Canada’s west coast: it might be a bit different out here….

Today we had a snow storm that cancelled afternoon class. For now, it’s stopped; I just got back from a walk outside. It’s plus 1 out there, and very still. The snow is slowly melting.

I saw a couple of young bucks having a snowball fight – one was wearing shorts. That’s what I don’t recall seeing in the Maritimes when it snowed there, but you always see here.
