Materials, STEM: hot glue

Self-tutoring about methods and materials of fastening: the tutor mentions hot glue.

I mention in my post from February 10 that I am constructing a heavy bag. It’s ready to hang now; perhaps improvements will arise afterwards.

One thing I’ve used during this project has been hot glue. I never used it much before, so was interested to discover its utility. In this project I’ve been using it to hold cloth cutouts together to enable sewing them. I’ve found the hot glue very useful in this way, as well as being surprisingly fast-acting.
