Medicine: (Some) vaccines and the aborted human fetus connection

Self-tutoring about vaccines: the tutor looks into the idea that cells derived from aborted human fetuses may be used to produce some.

Someone told me that tissue from aborted human fetuses might be used in connection with vaccine production. I looked it up today: apparently, they’re right.

According to bioethics.georgetown.edu, “Some of the vaccines currently used to prevent diseases such as rubella, measles, rabies, poliomyelitis, hepatitis A, chickenpox or smallpox are produced using tissues from human abortions.” Moreover, some candidate vaccines against COVID are also.

Interesting, eh?
