Baking: cream cheese icing (for red velvet cake)

Self-tutoring about baking: the tutor mentions cream cheese icing and an easy way to make it.

I finally made red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Beforehand, I’d baked a red velvet cake, but not made cream cheese icing, so I wondered about it.

I couldn’t believe how easily the cream cheese icing comes together: I used this recipe. It’s got four ingredients: butter, cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla. First you combine the cream cheese and butter (I used margarine), then add the icing sugar and vanilla. I did all the mixing by hand.

After the cake had cooled, I started making the icing, and had the cake frosted in no time:)
