Baking: pouding aux bleuets

Self-tutoring about summer baking recipes: the tutor mentions pouding aux bleuets.

Pouding aux bleuets translates, in my opinion, to “blueberry pudding.” However, “pudding” has the British meaning in this case: “dessert.”

This pouding aux bleuets facile produces what an American might call a cobbler: a soft white cake sitting on top of berries. I made it a few nights back; it’s easy.

I used fresh blueberries in it, and it baked in a mere 38 minutes, with the oven at 350 deg F. My wife suggested that frozen blueberries might be what most people would use; in that case, closer to 55 minutes might be needed for it to bake.
