Consumer education: online software purchase, part 2

Self-tutoring about online purchases: the tutor mentions one he was finally able to complete.

Back in my post on July 16, I mention trying, but failing, to buy a software subscription online.

The other day I decided to try again before going to a different source. This time, believe it or not, it worked: I was able to access and read the various agreements, then renew the subscription. It seems the broken link – or whatever it was – got fixed by the company.

I’m glad, because I’m used to that software; changing to a different one might be inconvenient. It seems checking back a couple weeks later was worth it.
