Electronic lifestyle: what is your camera doing (Windows 10)?

Self-tutoring about electronic lifestyle: the tutor mentions checking what the camera is doing, Windows 10.

Clicking the Start button lower left, a scroll list of apps appears: one is Settings. Clicking that, the Settings app will open. You may have to scroll down to arrive at the Privacy option. Clicking that, the General window will open, with Privacy listings appearing (on this computer) on the left. Scrolling down that list, Camera is a choice. (However, there are two scroll lists on the page; the left one is the one that includes Camera – on this device, anyway.)

Clicking Camera, devices that can use the camera are listed to the right. Ones that have used it show the last time they did. If one is using is right now, it says, in red letters, Currently in use (on this device, anyway).
