Self-tutoring about health and fitness: the tutor mentions Radio Taiso.
A colleague of mine mentioned Radio Taiso. Numerous other people knew what he was talking about, but I didn’t.
Radio Taiso, as I know it now, is a brief set of exercises perhaps meant to invigorate a person before starting the workday. The one I was brought to is three and a half minutes, a mix of stretches, rotations, knee bends, etc.
