In my post from yesterday I mention visceral fat, which seems stubborn against reduction.

Notwithstanding the questions surrounding the ketogenic diet, a couple of sources seem to suggest it can be effective at targeting visceral fat. One line of reasoning seems to be that, once the body becomes used to fat as its main source of fuel, it’s more likely to consume visceral fat for that purpose.
