Food: complete protein from plants
Self-tutoring about nutrition: the tutor mentions some complete protein sources that are vegetarian.
I always thought that a combination of plant-based foods is needed to accomplish complete protein. Yet I learn now that some vegetarian foods, just by themselves, can provide complete protein.
Quinoa, tofu, amaranth, and even buckwheat are foods that, just by themselves, are sources of complete protein. There are still other vegetarian sources of complete protein.
