Food: oats vs quinoa

Self-tutoring about superfoods: the tutor compares oatmeal with quinoa.

By mass, raw oats is 13 percent protein, 6 percent fat, 66 percent carbohydrate, and 10 percent fibre.

Quinoa, on the other hand, is 14 percent protein, 6 percent fat, 64 percent carbohydrate, and 7 percent fibre.

That’s by my calculations, anyway.

Interesting, eh?
