Health: the wrong shoes?
Self-tutoring about health and fitness: the tutor mentions a problem he may have diagnosed.
Last fall I twisted a knee and haven’t been the same since – until about a week ago.
I was wearing a pair of running shoes (runners) when I twisted the knee, and have worn various shoes since. However, I bought some sandals this summer, and have noticed that my knee has steadily improved while wearing them. Could it be, I wonder, the running shoes that have been the problem?
I checked the make of the two pairs of runners I usually wear; it turns out they are the same brand. I’ve come to suspect that something about those runners has been hurting my knee. As of today, I’ve stopped wearing them.
Interesting, eh?
