Home computer use: a way to discover if your main drive is a SSD, Windows 10 or 11
Self-tutoring about home computer use: the tutor mentions how to determine if a computer running Windows 10 or 11 has a SSD.
It seems a laptop needs, among other things, a SSD to function with Windows 10 or 11. Does the computer in front of you have one?
Ctrl+Shift+Esc will open the Task Manager. Next, clicking the Performance tab will show the computer’s key actors, one of which is its main drive (usually C: in Windows). There, under the drive’s name, it will say SSD or whatever it is.
That’s what I’ve found, anyway.
