Home computer use: MS Paint: selecting outside visible frame
Self-tutoring about using MS Paint: the tutor mentions an observation.
This unit will not let me scroll down past the boundaries of the screen in Paint – or if it will, I’ve yet to discover how.
It seems to me, however, that one can zoom out to make the picture appear smaller (so it fits in the visible area), make changes (crop, for instance), then zoom in again without losing clarity. For me, today, that was enough.
PS: I’m on Windows 10.
